building surveys

A thorough (visual, non-destructive) examination of a building to advise its condition and state of repair, any apparent need for major repair or refurbishment, and the likely cost of so attending. A report tailored to the needs of the client, expanding or contracting as may be directed, global or specific as occasion demands. A service on the back of nearly three decades of experience.

Structural stability - is the building on the verge of collapse, or are those cracks and distortions old and inconsequential?

Water ingress - is the building dry, or is there rising or penetrating dampness from the ground, the roof, the gutters, etc, etc, and is the building free from consequential rot, decay and infestation?

Services - plumbing, heating, electrical, drains - are they safe and efficient or should they be checked and tested by qualified engineers?

Maintenance - how much is owning this building going to cost, and when?

Improvements - can I do what I want to do with this building?

Decision - that is yours to make, but our advice will make it easier.
